Strawberry Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Serves: 2 servings
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (washed and sliced into smaller pieces)
- 1 cup frozen pineapples slices
- 1 cup ripe bananas (about 2 medium, sliced into smaller pieces or you can just break them in half)
- 1 cup milk or yogurt
- 1 cup ice cubes (optional)
- ¼ tbsp chia seeds for boost (optional)
- Throw all ingredients into a blender with the frozen fruits or ice cubes going in first so they sit at the bottom.
- Cover blender and push button to blend everything until smooth.
- Pour into individual glasses and enjoy!
