Super Easy Peach Cobbler With Almonds

Serves: 6 servings
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix (15 oz)
- 1 can sliced peaches (15 oz)
- ½ stick butter (1/4 cup)
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In a baking dish, empty canned peaches including the syrup. Arrange the peaches in one even layer.
- Pour cake mix on top of the peaches. Press down with a spatula so the bottom layer is evenly covered.
- Slice butter thinly and place on top. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle almonds on top.
- Bake for another 30 minutes until the almonds are nicely toasted.
- Remove from oven and cool it down to room temperature. Serve with your favorite topping and enjoy!
