Strawberry Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Serves: 2 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (washed and sliced into smaller pieces)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapples slices
  • 1 cup ripe bananas (about 2 medium, sliced into smaller pieces or you can just break them in half)
  • 1 cup milk or yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional)
  • ¼ tbsp chia seeds for boost (optional)
Instructions
  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender with the frozen fruits or ice cubes going in first so they sit at the bottom.
  2. Cover blender and push button to blend everything until smooth.
  3. Pour into individual glasses and enjoy!
