Easy Moist and Dense Banana Bread

Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2⅓ cup mashed overripe bananas (6 pcs)
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly grease a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
  3. Cream together butter and brown sugar.
  4. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas till well-blended.
  5. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Add the nuts then stir just to moisten.
  6. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
