Easy Moist and Dense Banana Bread

Serves: 1 loaf
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2⅓ cup mashed overripe bananas (6 pcs)
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly grease a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
- Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
- Cream together butter and brown sugar.
- Stir in eggs and mashed bananas till well-blended.
- Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Add the nuts then stir just to moisten.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
